The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. But, the rooms are a bit cramped, which was a bit of a letdown. Still, the location makes up for it, and I'd definitely stay here again. It's worth mentioning that the rooms could be a bit bigger.

I was pleasantly surprised by the lack of breakfast options - it's not often you find a hotel that doesn't try to fob you off with a subpar buffet. The absence of breakfast was actually a welcome change, and I ended up eating out at some great local cafes instead.

The staff here are absolutely fantastic, super friendly and helpful. The location is also really convenient, and the room service is a nice touch. However, the bathroom facilities are a bit of a disaster - the shower doesn't work, the toilet keeps flashing, and it's just not in great condition. It's a shame, really, because the rest of the hotel is pretty good.
