Very little. A lot of bureaucracy to access an average space, and the deposit wasn’t returned on time. I hate when they mess with my wallet; I had to pay a £150 deposit to use the space, and two days after checking out the deposit was still a mirage.

“Scam hotel stay away!”

Nothing positive. This place is a scam—stay away! I booked in advance after seeing the reviews because it was the only available spot in Lancaster. I was asked to pay a £150 deposit beforehand. I followed the link and entered the reference number they gave, but it was wrong or not in the system. I had to call the owners, text them, and ring them 15 times to get their attention, but nothing worked. I called for help, and they tried to get the owners’ attention about my booking. It took 45 minutes before they realized the owners weren’t answering their phone. After that, I finally received a refund as requested if I wanted another place, which I declined and will sort out myself. This is the worst hotel experience ever—unprofessional and a scam. I warn everyone; this could happen to you. Before booking, read other reviews and ask yourself if this place is worth the stress and hassle for a cheap stay. I should have gone for the £150 one, knowing I would get a place to sleep at night. I still don’t understand how this place is allowed; it’s outrageous, but I wish you all the best if you book here!

The bedroom was comfortable, but the bathroom doors were hard to lock, it was difficult to enter with the codes, and the internet didn’t work.

“Woodbury at stayBOOM cancelled my booking on day of arrival and did not return my money. Beware.”

I was cancelled on the day of arrival by this company and have not been reimbursed my money. That I have not be reimbursed my money after my stay was cancelled by them on the day of arrival by this company
