The handheld showerhead was very handy, and breakfast was decent even though it cost extra. Most importantly, the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and professional—both at breakfast and at the front desk. English isn’t my first language, but I never felt any staff member was impatient; everyone treated me with respect and kindness. Their service and attitude were among the best I’ve experienced, and as a foreign visitor I never felt unwelcome. I truly appreciated their understanding and consideration. However, the room and bathroom cleanliness were lacking, and the noise was terrible.
