I was really impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room at this hotel. The bed was super comfy and the air con worked a treat, which was a lifesaver on the hot summer days. The staff were also really helpful and friendly, especially when I checked in late. Unfortunately, the restaurant on site was a bit of a letdown - the food was overpriced and not that great, and the service was slow. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again, but I'd probably eat elsewhere.

I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, this place fell short in a few key areas. The biggest issue was the lack of a kitchen or restaurant on site - they'd bring in food from outside, but it was often cold and not exactly what I'd call appetizing. Breakfast was a sad affair, with just one option and lukewarm tea. To make matters worse, I discovered that my room number was listed as 301 on the bill, when I was actually in room 101.

Hotel is very good with polite staff. Room was clean and neatly arranged, with all equipments in working state. Overall it's a nice hotel to stay

I was really happy with the comfort of the bed and pillow at this hotel - they were some of the best I've slept on in a while. The air conditioning worked well too, and I had no issues with getting hot water whenever I needed it. However, there were a few things that let the place down - there were no tea or coffee sachets in the room, which was a bit of a pain, and I had to ask for cups. The toiletries were also a bit sparse, with only one soap provided.

I was really impressed with the hotel itself, the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the location was a letdown. The area wasn't exactly the most vibrant or safe, which was a shame because the hotel itself had a lot going for it. However, the staff really fell short - when my kid urgently needed to use the bathroom and I asked the reception if we could use a public restroom, they flat out refused and told me I'd have to pay to use the one in our room.
