On the last day we left because there was no water to shower. We canceled and never got a refund back.

Nothing. Rude staff and horrible manager. The staff was rude and denied my stay because of my dog. No one ever answered the phone for me or . They said they didn’t care that my mom, dog and I didn’t have a place to stay at 3 in the morning. I called 3times right after booking @830pm to find out what I needed to do since I would not be there til 3am. I even messaged on the app and got no response. And my refund is delayed because of course they are not answering the phone for

The property was in a good location with plenty of parking, but the rooms weren’t clean enough for my taste. There was an odd smell, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, and the place could use a makeover. The plumbing got blocked, so we were handed a plunger to fix it, then the sink blocked again. We reported this in the morning, but the maintenance guy wasn’t in until the next day and we had to tolerate the blocked sink—poor customer service. When we mentioned the bathroom door again, we were offered another room, which was cleaner but still not spotless. The sofa beds in both rooms were uncomfortable; a cardboard box would have felt better. The mattresses were thin, marked, and we had to ask for sheets, eventually getting a few extras to pad the bed. The staff ranged from polite to rude.
