Nandina was super friendly and arranged a tour and shuttle for us. It’s very basic, but everything you need is there. The place was dark, and the trash cans from the previous guests hadn’t been emptied. The sheets also seemed unwashed.

A simple but comfortable stay. They let us check in early and gave us access to the room right after our morning arrival in San Ignacio. The place stays clean and tidy, and the kitchen has all the essentials, including free filtered water. The location is nice, just a short walk into the town centre and very close to one of the best restaurants in town. Nothing was wrong; everything was fine.

It was a short walk from the main high street in San Ignacio. The address given was incorrect, which caused confusion when we first tried to find the place. The room was very dark with almost no natural light. The bathroom was very old and needed an update, and there was nowhere to hang or store your stuff.

The room was large and the bed comfortable. We stayed for six nights and nobody came to empty the trash, change the towels, or bring us toilet paper.

Exceptional value. The host is incredible and communication is great. The location is perfect, the AC is cold, and the owner is extremely helpful.
