This place had some serious issues with customer service. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and I ended up waiting for a long time just to get the basics sorted out. It was really frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Unfortunately, my stay here was a disaster from start to finish. The rooms were tiny and in a state of disrepair, and the service was non-existent. It was like they didn't even care that I was there.

I had a truly awful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel uncomfortable and unimportant. I was kept waiting for over half an hour, and when I finally got to my room, it was a dingy, cramped space that seemed to be the worst they had available. The whole thing was a nightmare, and I wouldn't stay here again even if you paid me.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was great, and I felt really welcome. It's definitely somewhere I'd recommend to others.
