This hotel feels truly special in a great spot, with a distinctive vibe, and I strongly recommend a massage by Umeki Yoko as a wonderful addition to the stay; however, the beeping from the pedestrian crossing signals could be heard even from my room on the seventh floor, which was occasionally bothersome, though mostly it didn’t disturb me.

What a nice little hotel – we were very warmly welcomed, the room was super spacious and clean, and its unique layout made the one‑night stay a lot of fun; breakfast was beautifully presented with a good selection, and we chose the Japanese option.

I loved the industrial decor; the room was large and very well equipped, with fabulous toiletries all made on site; the staff were friendly and helpful, and the welcome tea was lovely; there were two Japanese‑style breakfasts and a continental one, and the Genko rice option was a hit; it’s close to Park & Castle with a taxi rank opposite, so I can’t fault it – I’d love to stay again.
