The neighborhood around the place is actually the only thing I liked – it’s pleasant and convenient. Everything else left a lot to be desired: the phone never rang back, so I had to show up in person; the bathrooms were filthy and there was no soap or towel provided. Parking was a nightmare – they tried to charge me 1,000 COP per hour even though the app listed 10,000 COP for the whole day, and the lot is out in the open with the back of the car right next to a fence where stuff can get stolen.

The building feels safe, clean and well‑organized, which made the stay comfortable overall. The only drawback is the rooms themselves – they’re cramped and lack enough power sockets, so you end up having to bring your own extension cords.

The hotel is brand‑new, so everything looks fresh and modern. Locals joke that the old owners still haunt the place, and a few guests swear they’ve seen a “ghost” here – just a funny rumor, but it adds a weird vibe.

It was an average experience, nothing spectacular. The biggest annoyance was the misinformation on the website – they claimed checkout was at 11 am, which turned out to be false, so I was caught off guard.
