The owners and their dog Mylo, a friendly jack russell, made the stay delightful, the property was extremely clean, the views of Tbilisi were very good, and Owner Andrew had excellent homemade wine; staying at Ma Xata was a pleasure—10 out of 10, nothing was wrong.
