The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and had Netflix. Only one pool with water, but it wasn’t available for bathing; in the room we found ants, and the staff offered a spray to kill them, but later cockroaches appeared throughout the stay. The sheets had some stains. We booked two nights but I was ready to leave on the first.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was good. However, the quiet setting turned out to be noisy; at 4 am a prayer or Muslim chant played over the speakers and continued until about 7 am, making sleep almost impossible. There was also no toilet paper, and the bathroom with toilet and shower had no window, so the room stayed hot and stuffy.

The views of the rice fields were great, the place was peaceful, and the beds were comfortable. It was just a bit far from the city center.

The location was as remote as I had imagined. The room was clean, the air‑con worked well, hot water was available, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful. There is a rooftop café. The Wi‑Fi was mostly off. The TV in the room was almost useless because over the six days I stayed I couldn’t watch anything. We were entitled to complimentary drinking water, but I only received it for two days and not for the remaining four. The description said we could cook in the public kitchen downstairs, but on the day I stayed they didn’t prepare the stove (no gas).
