I liked the bright yellow décor, the bed was fine, and the room itself was great. But the lady who signed me in was rude and behaved poorly, even after a coworker corrected her. Housekeeping came to my door two hours before checkout because a key wasn’t turned in, so I had a second key to my room—how safe is that? Other housekeepers arrived 30 minutes earlier, standing in front of the door while I waited. I checked this hotel on Fern Valley Rd, and the only thing worse was losing the key, which cost me a $70 fee—wow.
