The place is in an excellent spot, neat, clean, with good Wi‑Fi and a kitchen. I tried to extend my stay, but it was already booked, so if it’s available you won’t have to look elsewhere. In my photo, look for the tunnel to find the apartment without a car. Parking can be tricky depending on the time; when coming from the south or east, make a U‑turn on Alexander Pushkin St. Avoid Tsereteli St, 50 m south of the Kolkha Fountain roundabout during the day, as Google Maps doesn’t show it.

The apartment is nicely modern and well‑located in the middle of Kutaisi. English is a bit tough, but you can get by. The room is very clean and more than enough for a bridging night in Kutaisi.

The place is clean, comfortable, and quiet, close to almost everything. Within a 1 km walk from kosher restaurants, the house had all the essentials: dishes, a washing machine, fresh linens, and towels.

We spent one night and had a very pleasant stay; everything was spotless, and the room had all we needed. The washing machine, small kitchenette, private bathroom, and comfortable beds made it very convenient. Shampoo and shower gel were provided. We communicated with the hosts easily via WhatsApp using the phone number given. The room sits next to the hosts’ apartment entrance, tucked in the rear courtyard, but the hosts met us on the street when we arrived, so check‑in was hassle‑free. The room matches the photos exactly, and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The location is perfect for exploring Koutaïssi, just a few minutes on foot from the center while staying quiet. The accommodation is small but very well arranged, modern, and clean. The only drawback is the lack of blackout curtains, which could improve the nights.
