“FICA a DICA”
I spent about two hours trying to locate the house because there’s no sign, no address and nobody seemed to know where it is. Even the locals only recognized it after I showed them photos of the neighboring homes. The owner never answered my calls and the neighbor who had the key took ages to let me in. The property sits in a ditch, you have to walk down a stone slope, and it was dirty, overgrown and dark – it needs a sign, proper lighting and a lot of cleaning before it can be rented.
“Razoável, nem internet ofereceu”
The location is okay, but getting there is a nightmare – there’s no house number, no sign and no clear directions, which feels unsafe. The caretaker should be introduced and a proper sign with the chalet’s name or number added, especially since it’s on the Icatu road after the sixth speed‑bump, about 1.7 km from the roundabout.
“Péssima”
Everything about this place was terrible; I can’t think of a single positive aspect.
The property has a great spot with direct access to the Rio Una and the common areas were reasonably clean. Unfortunately the bedroom wasn’t properly cleaned – there was mold on the curtain.
