The staff were eager to resolve complaints. The inner rooms were noisier than the outer rooms, and the cleaning staff were too noisy.

The staff were fine, but the neighbors in the adjacent room made noise all night, shouting and laughing loudly. I didn’t sleep at all and had to get up early for work.
It’s too noisy; everything can be heard, and next to my room there were other guests who made a lot of noise all night.

I love the staff’s service, the place is spotless, and the parking is huge; every time I travel to Bogotá I stay here. The breakfast is delicious, and the TVs are new and 4K.
