Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful except for the manager. See below. I had asked for a taxi to be arranged for the morning so I could return to town to continue my Camino. The taxi did not arrive and although the staff said it had been arranged it was over an hour late. The manager arrived just before the taxi and she said she had forgotten to book it. She offered no recompense for example she could have driven us or offered to pay the fare. Her attitude was appalling. All other staff had been so helpful it stood out that the manager displayed no customer service whatsoever
