I booked the hotel at a bargain price, including parking, for a last‑minute trip and ended up paying about 7,000 yen instead of the expected 10,000 yen for a weekend stay. The room was clean, the parking lot spacious and easy to use, and the location near the river in a hotel district was pleasant. I checked in around 19:00 and checked out at 8:00 the next morning, with a smooth, no‑frills checkout. The only downside was that the bathtub was broken, so I couldn’t use the jet‑bath, which was disappointing since I had hoped for a little massage after a day of walking.

The hotel room was freezing when I first entered, and it took a while to get the air conditioning working. The location was a bit tricky to find, and I got lost on the way there and back in a taxi. It was a shame, because the location is actually pretty great.
