The service was the worst I’ve ever experienced; the attendant was terrible, there was a major electricity failure, no AC, no fan worked, and the staff didn’t help at all. I had to pay the full amount in advance. Cockroaches were everywhere, the room lacked basic furniture, the door handles were broken, and I wanted to give negative stars but that option wasn’t available.

It looks cheap but the quality is awful for someone who values cleanliness. Only go if you’re a single male who wants to stay overnight with no money to spend. Cleanliness was pathetic and insects were everywhere.

I had booked a stay in Thane, but at the last minute the staff said the hotel was full and moved me to another hotel on Mira Bhayandar road, which was inconvenient for my travel. It took me 2:30 min to reach that hotel from Thane railway station, and I faced many problems traveling to other places from there. My booking was confirmed in Thane, yet the staff treated me like a walk‑in and cancelled my Thane booking.
