The view of the river and bridge was nice and there’s a walking trail nearby, but the room looked damaged—seemed flooded, the bathroom door was rotted at the bottom and wouldn’t close properly, and there were other signs of water damage.

The ships were impressive, the room was very clean, and the staff were nice; on one night, a loud guest on the second floor made a nuisance.

The location is ideal for a morning stroll by the river, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, and the front‑desk lady was super cool—10/10 for a cheap motel, with no complaints at all.

The location was fine, but the room was in terrible condition with obvious water damage, the nightstands were turned around, the bathroom was in rough shape, and we were right below a smoking couple who leaned out and flung cigarette ash and butts onto our rental car.
