Cómo valoran los huéspedes el hotel, aspecto por aspecto.
It looks new, but the first impression was bad; arriving after dark after a long day, I was met by a grumpy old man who didn’t even try to say hello, just started complaining because I was unloading my motorcycle on the pavement. When I told him I was just unloading he kept being grumpy. The sink had very low pressure, there was a power cut at some point but the generator kicked in. For the price I was expecting better.

The location was great, sitting right next to a roadside gas station and ticking all the boxes for a motel, making it a handy stop on our southbound journey, but the curtains let in a lot of light and, because the building faces east, I was woken up early by the sunrise.

The room was pretty, clean, brand new, and had everything needed for a short stay. At check‑in we were told the room rate had changed, but no prior notice came from either the booking platform or the hotel, so we had to wait for the issue to be resolved with management. In the end everything was settled and the booking price was applied. The taxi driver also didn’t find the hotel right away because there’s another hotel with a similar name, Keruean, and we were initially taken to a different place (this is more of a taxi issue, as it turns out they all know Keruean but not your hotel).

I loved how the idea worked out—so easy to relax on the road with everything comfortable and convenient, but the conder was confusing.
