It’s a great spot, right in the center beside the sulfur baths. It’s an aparthotel and everything matched expectations. The host greeted us, and we have no complaints—we recommend it.

The location is superb; almost every sight is within walking distance. The hosts are very kind, polite, and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. There are two separate rooms, which is quite comfortable.

The hosts are simply amazing. The place is clean, comfortable, and right in the center. They speak Russian fluently. The mattress needs to be replaced.

The welcome is warm, the accommodation is very spacious with the entire first floor reserved and a pleasant wooden covered balcony, fully equipped with a washing machine and kitchen. The location is ideal in the bath district yet calm from Tbilisi’s frenzy, everything is reachable on foot. The spring mattress feels a bit outdated.

Excellent central location; the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, air‑conditioning, a wide glazed balcony, welcoming hosts, and pleasant conversation. Nothing to complain about; everything was great.
