The app support was excellent, letting us adjust dates and check‑in timing for our arrival; the cleaning service was great and the lady was very kind, even helping with check‑out. We didn’t hear other guests in adjacent rooms, so that was fine, and the water temperature was good. The access to the property was disappointing; photos show a larger hotel, but it’s actually just a side area with stairs, and the entrance shares space with a barbershop, which confused us. The stairs were a major issue for a group member who uses a cane for medical reasons, and that info should have been clear before booking. The rules weren’t fully posted on the platform; we received them at check‑in, which surprised us because we hadn’t seen them. We were shocked to learn a $400 penalty for visitors only after we were already in the room, which could have been avoided if the policy was transparent from the start, especially since a friend helped us carry luggage. The bathroom has two entrances, one of which opens directly to the lobby. Though secure, it feels insecure and reduces privacy because we can’t be sure no ill‑intentioned person could enter that way. The TV barely worked throughout our stay, with constant signal loss. The room was noticeably smaller than the photos show and only had one outlet for all devices. We were offered a balcony at no extra cost, but it was extremely small and impractical, mainly because the air‑conditioning unit takes up almost all the space. Considering what we paid, the photos and descriptions don’t accurately reflect the place. I’m sharing this constructively so they can correct their information and avoid misunderstandings with future guests.
