The place had great views and the room came with solid air conditioning, blinds and curtains, but the street below tower 2 was very noisy.

ロケーションは、最高です。とても便利です。 スタッフの方々も、大変親切でフレンドリーでした。 今回は約2週間滞在しましたが、細かなトラブルやの対応もスムーズにしてくださいました。特にAkariさん、大変お世話になり有難うございました。. 何ヶ所かの部屋に滞在しましたが、YouTube ・Netflix等に対応出来ない旧型のテレビが有り、大変不便でした。 今時、あの様なテレビが部屋に有るというのは、如何なものかと思います。 又、これは前回も申しましたが、Wi-Fi接続がどうしようもなく悪いです。 折角のトリロジーが台無しです。

The hotel‑type room was spacious, had a microwave, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. However, the cleaning schedule of once a week felt a bit low for a hotel‑type room, and the TV was too old‑school to stream YouTube or Netflix, which I’ve never seen in Thai hotels. The Wi‑Fi was also too weak; if the hotel’s Wi‑Fi is that bad, front‑desk operations might suffer.
