Great spot. Just a 5‑minute walk to the bus station that goes to Tre Cime park. Take that bus instead of a car ticket, because the bus will drop you off right at the spot and a car will make you nervous if you manage to get a ticket somehow.

Nice location. The room had a view of Misurina Lake, everything was very clean, and the restaurant (dinner and breakfast) was good. The only downside was that check‑in was only possible after 16:00 and check‑out had to be by 10:00, so an extra hour of flexibility would be great. Everything else was fine and I would stay again.
The bed was comfortable and the view was nice, and the food was good too. However, we had to pay for bread and water that were placed on the table without being told it would cost anything, and we also had to hand over £6 in cash for a tourism tax, which is pricier than what Italians pay.
The spot is spot on if you’re heading to Tre Cime, and there’s a ton of parking. The room was freshly renovated and spotless, but it was really chilly and the bathroom heater failed. The breakfast selection was narrow, with no vegetables at all.
