The location is very close to the historic park. The building is in traditional style and very pretty. The restaurant is good. The pool is nice. The spa is good. The bathrooms in the rooms are very small. The staff is not very welcoming. They don’t have bicycles or arrange rentals (not a big deal, a 5‑minute tuk‑tuk ride gets you to the historic park and the many rentals, but it would be a nice service that other hotels provide).

“Great stay for a Sukhothai site visit”

The vibe, the complex’s architecture with its landscaping, the pool, the massage room break, and the open room for dinner and breakfast were all great. The staff were welcoming even when I arrived late at night. The temple with elephants right next to the hotel added a nice touch.

The quiet and the close proximity to the old town were highlights. The staff were very welcoming. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Nothing to add.

Everything was fine. Most importantly, the service staff and the services they offered stood out. The only issue was that the drinks needed to be cooled more; not all of them could have ice added.
