A quiet room with a canal view was great and the shower was superb! But there were communication issues when handing over the key.

The location is fantastic. The room is far too small; you can barely move around the bed.

The site, staff, welcome, and dining are all good. The room price is far too high for what’s offered.

The location, bedding, bathroom equipment, terrace, and view are all good. However, the view is misleading—photos suggest a small balcony, but there are only three balconies. The shower takes a while to heat up, and the room’s soundproofing is lacking.
