Availability and cleanliness were good, but the television didn’t work.

The rooms are fine and reasonably clean; the kitchen staff are friendly, but the reception staff should smile and be more welcoming. When I tried to check out early because I wasn’t satisfied with the service, they didn’t refund me and their manner of explaining that was poor.
