“Perfect”

After a long drive, I chose this hotel among Houston’s many options and it became one of my favorites; the rooms were spotless, the spot is right by any road, and the rates are very fair. The overall experience was very satisfying with everything.

The staff were respectful, but as a non‑smoker with asthma I specifically requested a non‑smoking room and the whole night my lungs were inflamed from cigarette smoke that the room had absorbed, while the neighboring room seemed to be smoking continuously. The doors between adjoining rooms were open and could not be locked, so as a woman traveling alone I felt scared about what might happen; I had to barricade the door with my heavy luggage and still couldn’t sleep. My neighbors in the adjoining room had their TV on high, were laughing, talking, and having a great time all night long. The sheets looked unclean, so I slept in my day clothes on top of the bed at the bottom corner after laying towels from the bathroom on it. I absolutely hated it and would not recommend it at all. I am an international traveler and thought the U.S. would not advertise horrible places like this to inexperienced tourists from their country. Boy was I wrong.

“Blood and Urine on bed. Roaches and hair on the floor. Dirty pillows. After notifying staff of these conditions they did”

There was absolutely nothing! Everything was literally terrible.
