The location and atmosphere were good, but card access was an irritating issue. Whenever we left the room and returned, the card would not work, forcing us to activate it at reception. This happened repeatedly, making the round trip from the floor to reception and back to the room the worst part. Please resolve this problem.

The privacy was amazing. When you receive a delivery, it would be very nice to have it delivered right to your doorstep, but you have to go down.
