The room is comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the location is good. Nothing negative.

Staying in the old quarter of Hanoi was the only plus. The building itself was in poor shape: my room’s air‑conditioner was loud and never cooled, the balcony door and a window wouldn’t close, the rolling blinds were broken, there were mold spots on the ceiling and a damp smell, the soundproofing was terrible, the bed was awful with worn‑out spring mattresses… I won’t even mention the “breakfast” because what was served hardly qualified as one. After five nights we had to find another place for the rest of the trip, and we never got a chance to speak with a manager.

The hotel sits right in the heart of the Old Quarter, a convenient spot for sightseeing and dining. The room was clean, fully equipped, and the staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a short trip.

The central location was a plus, but the air‑conditioning didn’t work, the bedding was very poor with old spring mattresses. The management didn’t step in, and we were still charged for the night even after we left the hotel.
