The staff were accommodating and responded quickly when we asked for an extra night; there was good parking and the location was accessible, and the room was quite spacious. However, we had booked this property again after a pleasant first stay, and the recent experience was disappointing because the facilities were lacking. When we entered the room we immediately saw that there was no table, chair, or cabinets for clothes and towels. The bathroom door was broken – I couldn’t open it from inside and had to call someone – and the sink faucet was completely damaged, with no prior notice. Finally, although breakfast was included, we only received one hotdog, one egg, and rice. We weren’t expecting a buffet, but since the staff mentioned their breakfast is usually “silog,” we hoped for something a bit more substantial.

The breakfast was included and the convenience store had reasonable prices, but the room was tiny, the sink was broken, there was no TV, and the housekeeping didn’t come at all during my week there. The photos on Booking didn’t match the reality.
