Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was a disaster. The whole place is in a state of disrepair, and it's clear that they're in the middle of a renovation. The AC smelled terrible, and it was hard to get a good night's sleep. Needless to say, we wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I was scammed by this hotel, and I'm warning you all to steer clear. They claimed they didn't receive payment for our stay, and we had to pay again. It's ridiculous that they would do this, especially considering we booked through a reputable platform. Needless to say, we won't be back.

The hotel's exterior looked lovely, with a garden surrounding the rooms and a café/patisserie next door that was a real treat. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a gruff receptionist who asked us a bunch of questions about our booking and made us hand over our keys every time we left the room. We later found out that the hotel is a popular spot for hourly bookings, which didn't exactly fill us with confidence. Our room was a mess, with a dripping ceiling and no hot water.

The hotel's proximity to a great Japanese restaurant was a major plus, but unfortunately, our stay was ruined by the terrible night staff. It all started with a mistake on , which led to a confrontation with the day staff when we tried to pay with a card. They only accepted cash, and things only got worse from there. We had to go to an ATM the next day to pay, and even then, we were stuck outside our room for over an hour because the night staff didn't seem to care that we were sick.

The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and size of the rooms and bathroom were a major letdown. The rooms were small and the bathroom was cramped, which made for a pretty uncomfortable stay.
