The place was beautiful, and the meals were excellent.
“A luxurious and peaceful experience. Both the wine tasting/tour and the restaurant are a must.”
The property is breathtaking, set in a pure Chianti vineyard with added luxury—a real gem. However, it’s essentially a working vineyard with formal wine tours and a separate restaurant. We felt there should have been an assumption in favor of booking a wine tour and using the restaurant, rather than having to focus on separate additions. We did both in the end but felt that neither were guaranteed; both were great.
“Unterkunft mit 2 Gesichtern”
We first arrived in a very dark, cramped Junior Suite, but later switched to a wonderful one, so my overall impression is mixed. The restaurant was exceptionally good. The initial dark, cramped room was not appealing.
“Overall great.”
Great wine farm experience. Wine tasting, views and the setting together with the restaurant was top notch!. Customers that we're slepping in rooms next door was very loud until 11pm. makes it difficult if you need to get going early the next morning 🤨
“Very cool castle. Great views”
The onsite winery and restaurant were great, though the overall cost felt a bit high.
