Easy access, friendly staff, and free coffee are great, and there are no complaints, though there is no elevator.

The room was very clean and served its purpose, but the curtains were too narrow to fully block light, and the chair was wobbly, making it risky to sit on.

The location is superb, quiet, and across from a fantastic bakery with a nice selection of pastries and cakes, plus a cozy bar; it’s also close to the “Fressmeile” heading toward Friesendamm.

The rooms are very nice, modern, and well furnished, very clean, and the staff is very friendly, but there is no elevator, and rooms on higher floors are hard to reach with large luggage.
