The hotel sits right across Rome's central train station. The room size is very decent, especially the triple room with three beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they let us leave our luggage in their storage room when we arrived in the morning. Thanks, Madison Hotel Staff!

The location was perfect, the elevator worked, breakfast was fine, the bed was great and there were different types of pillows. However, there was no iron even when asked for one. The water temperature kept changing, making it hard to relax in the shower. If you checked out before 7.30, breakfast was just water, dry toast and jam, not a proper breakfast. The sockets were old and couldn’t hold my charger, so I couldn’t charge my phone at the hotel.
