The owner responded promptly to our requests, talked with us, and helped out; the location was good and the kitchen was nice. The space felt very austere, the laundry had a sharp odor, and the toilet flushing was very loud.

The location was great, the place clean, and the room comfortable. The shared bathroom was always spotless. However, when we arrived the hallway leading to the rooms had no light, so for a few days we had to walk in the dark, which felt pretty spooky, and the beds were very uncomfortable.

Great location. Nice room for a reasonable price

The location was good, but the rooms weren’t prepared for the heat; the air‑conditioning was only a portable unit, so we had to leave the balcony open to vent the hot air, which let in all the street noise. The double bed was small and there was only one bathroom.

The house was ugly, in bad condition and dirty.
