The location is fine. The place smells like a cheap hotel.

The location is great if you want to stay in Tulum center and the price is quite cheap. Everything feels very shabby, with many defects and a lack of care in both the rooms and the few shared spaces. Cleaning is missing.

Central Tulum location is good, but everything feels poorly cared for—rooms, bathrooms, common areas.

The place sits right in the city center. The staff are noisy all the time; they sent me a message at almost midnight canceling my booking because of a mistake, yet when I arrived I had a reservation. The room feels scary, small, and the curtains are useless, so it never gets dark enough to sleep.
