The location and rooms were good. We stayed here to visit Kainchi Dham and Nainital. We arrived between 8:00–9:30 AM, while official check‑in was 1:00 PM, so we expected a wait. Instead, the room they gave us was in an extremely unacceptable state. It was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest. The bathroom was especially unhygienic, and we had to clean it ourselves three to four times to make it usable. Worse, the hotel staff showed no initiative—no assistance or effort to fix the problem. We had to handle everything ourselves. We pay for a hotel room to get a clean, hygienic, comfortable space. Having to clean a dirty bathroom after traveling is disgusting and defeats the purpose of staying at a hotel. The location may be convenient, but cleanliness, basic hygiene, and guest service should never be compromised. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures rooms are properly inspected and cleaned before handing them over to guests.

Great location in the centre of Bhowali, polite staff, parking facility, good quality is also satisfactory, will stay again n again 😇👍
