The staff were readily available and quick to respond, especially when one of our beds had a minor issue that was fixed immediately after we mentioned it at reception. The hotel’s location near Postdamer Platz and the spaciousness of the rooms were great. The only downside was the steep price of the lunch.

The location was superb, just 1 minute from the train station, 10 minutes from Potsdamer Platz or Checkpoint Charlie, and it was easy to get around the city from the hotel; the underground parking was full, but cheap public parking was only 2 minutes away, though the breakfast buffet had a good selection, the space was too tight—people bumped into each other and crowded over tables, and the restaurant was booked for far too many guests for the breakfast capacity, even though we arrived during a quiet period.

Værelserne var fine og rene. Personalet sødt og hjælpsomt. Vi skulle stå alt for lang tid i kø for at komme til morgenmaden den første dag - over 30 min. Så vi stod tidligt op de øvrige dage for at være der lige når de åbnede - og kunne så se at køen allerede startede fra kl 7.30 til langt efter kl. 10 hvor de egentlig skulle slutte med morgenmad
