The front‑desk staff were really nice and helpful, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly: the floors were dirty, the sheets and towel were stained, and the shower was full of hair.

Staying at the military residence felt safe and clean, and the rooms were comfortable enough for a short trip. I liked having a bar and restaurant on‑site with reasonable prices, plus the Mercado Sucupira was just a four‑minute walk away. The only quirk was the gym opening very early – not a problem for me since I’m an early riser, but it could bother guests who like to sleep in.
I recommend it for solo travellers; I booked a room for myself and stayed comfortable the whole time, the vibe was good.
