“Cozey condo but no internet service”
The location of this condo is perfect, especially for anyone attending the Convention Center. It's also close to the beach, bay, and plenty of great places to eat. The building itself is secure, which is a big plus. However, the internet connection didn't work, which was a bit of a letdown.
“Disappointed”
The hotel's location is fantastic, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. We had a major issue with no hot water on our first night, and to make matters worse, we were forced to stay elsewhere and didn't get a refund. The room itself was clean, which is a plus, but it's hard to overlook such a basic problem.

We were initially charmed by the cute room and the nice kitchen and bathroom, but unfortunately, things quickly went downhill. The lack of hot water was a major issue, and the mattresses were absolute disasters - hard, crunchy, and noisy. Every move we made woke us up, and the heater was so loud it kept us up all night. To top it all off, the pull-out bed had sharp edges and the futon was like sleeping on a rock. It was a real struggle to get any rest.
