Der Pool und die Größe der Wohnung. Die Ansprechpartnerin war jederzeit erreichbar. Sie reagierte auf Anfragen direkt - die Themen wurden jedoch nicht gelöst. Die Unterkunft ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Die sanitären Anlagen (Toiletten) sollten zumindest mit einem neuen Aufsatz versehen werden (vergilbt). Nach einem Gewitter regnete es in ein Schlafzimmer rein. Das Intenet wurde durch das Gewitter ebenfalls unterbrochen. Nach 2 Tagen (bis zur Abreise) war noch kein Techniker anwesend, der das Internet wieder herstellte. Die Betten sind sehr einfach. Trotz Mückenstecker und Kerzen wurden insbesondere auch die beiden Kleinkinder oft gestochen - es besteht zudem der Verdacht auf Bettwanzen (zumindest in einem Schlafzimmer). Die Lage ist sehr abseits und die Anfahrt zum Teil abenteuerlich

The place is amazing in the heart of Tuscany, offering peace and plenty of space for a six‑person family. The hostess was friendly and helpful, and communication was great. The large, well‑maintained pool with its surroundings was a fantastic bonus during the extreme heat. (Note: remember the local roads are cobbled; a small sports car won't get you there.) The portable air‑conditioners in the rooms were noisy and ineffective at night, and the kitchen equipment could use some additions and better upkeep.
