The spot was spot-on for us, just a three‑block walk to the Pikes Peaks Event Center, and we were close to shops, restaurants and entertainment; parking was convenient but a bit pricey.

The sheets and bathroom décor were nice, but there was no breakfast included, the pool looked murky, the Jacuzzi was too hot, and there was outdoor noise in the room.

Breakfast wasn’t free – it cost $18 – and there were loose fixtures like doorknobs and the TP holder, no nightlight bulb in the bathroom, and the bathtub faucet was glued with silicone; parking cost $17 after I’d already paid $171 for a single night.

The property was super clean, Paul was great, the hot tub was super hot which I loved, the staff were super nice and helpful, and everything was close to downtown – just love it.
