“Buono”
The proximity to the train station and the city centre is excellent, the old building is very pretty, the room was very clean, and the building has an elevator. For our trip to the Five Towns the location was optimal. Customer service was fine via message, but when we called about an unexpected issue we encountered an arrogant and indifferent person, which was a pity. Attention to detail was a bit lacking, from the pillows and mattresses to the number of dishes left in the room.
