Daniel’s service was outstanding!

Absolutely nothing. Unfortunately, my experience at this place was truly disastrous. I had emailed ahead to inform them of my arrival at 2 am because of my flight, and they confirmed there were no issues, provided I paid a night‑time check‑in fee, which I was ready to do. When we arrived late at night, the room we had booked was already occupied and the staff showed no willingness to fix the situation, leaving us without accommodation at an unacceptable hour. The next day, after returning to the hotel, we were asked to pay the fee again, and after making us wait, they told us check‑in was no longer possible. We were forced to book another hotel at our own expense. Terrible service and a total lack of professionalism.

It’s close to the beach and the airport. The lack of an elevator and the very basic bathroom and room made the stay feel quite plain.

Only free parking nearby, and shops and restaurants are close—just 8 minutes from the airport. To be honest, the lobby had a sign that said “give us 5 stars on Google and you’ll get a free beer,” so it seemed like only those who gave 5 stars got the beer. The room was tiny, with no chair, a balcony that looked like it could collapse at any moment, and a small bathroom with a shower. Air‑conditioning was minimal. In the bathroom there was a window that let you see into another bathroom, and closing it was difficult. The worst part was the staff: we had a late check‑in that was charged, and when we had an issue at the airport we arrived at the hotel 6 minutes after 2 a.m. and were charged more. I sent several messages to the hotel, but they only wanted to know when we would arrive. When we finally got the keys, a staff member said, “I’ll be there by 4/5 p.m. tomorrow, I’ll tell you the rest, be there.”

Good morning, there’s no Wi‑Fi and nothing in the rooms—no shower gel, the rooms are humid, and… not at all.
