The location is great. They let you rent a motorbike for 300 baht to head to the beaches. The place is very clean, with modern buildings. Initially they didn’t want to let us in after hearing “booking”; they sent us to another building. When I showed the photo from the reservation, they agreed to let us stay.

They offer their own motorbike rentals. The breakfast was standard and didn’t have many options.

The place was clean, staff overall helpful, and they provided a pick‑up from the pier. The location was a downside and it felt overpriced at 1500 a night.

We stayed a couple of days in a spacious room with minimal furniture; the bed wasn’t huge, 1500‑1600. There’s a fridge, AC, hair dryer, and the room includes shampoo and shower gel bottles. The grounds are tidy and pretty. Breakfast includes orange juice, packaged coffee, toast without butter with jam, and one hot Thai dish. A 500‑baht deposit is taken. It’s within a 350‑400‑meter walk from the Nabaan pier, where there’s an evening food market, Seven/Eleven, and many cafés nearby. The beach is far on foot, but you can rent a scooter or walk to the pier and take a tuk‑tuk or motor taxi. The staff communicate only through a translator.

I stayed close to Na Baan pier and found the place pretty nice for a stay.
