“Never going back there”
The location was very near to the beach. Hardly 50 mts. We booked the room for 3 of us (women) to stay. From start, everything was provided for 2 ppl except the extra bed. Blanket, towel, water (there was not even one bottle), we had to keep on asking as and when we discovered. The room was tidy but still some web was there. There were no reception person. Everytime u had to keep calling them for any support. No milk powder was provided. The kettle was not working. So much of mess… we kept on putting up with these. We had breakfast included in our pack. When we enquired about the same, they mentioned that the food will be provided only at 9:30 AM. We told that its too late and we wanted to check out 9:00 AM. Their attitude was very defensive, that this is the time the food will be provided (more like we should eat at their timing) the nearby shacks were providing food from 7:30 AM. We had a heated debate and they said “all other are small issue but you guys are making fuss for food”… we really got pissed off. We had food from outside cafe and left. The entire resort just had us and still the service was pathetic
