We couldn't use the kitchen utensils because the electrical board kept tripping. There was no hot water for showers, which was especially annoying with kids. The pool water was extremely dirty and the surrounding area was filthy.

I loved the rustic farmhouse vibe; it felt like a trip back to my grandparents' house. Fresh lemonade from the lemon tree outside the house was a treat, and the swimming pool was a refreshing end to a hot summer day.

The house was spacious with a pool, and the lady running the place was friendly and helpful. However, some items were missing: cleaning supplies, a shower curtain, a broken pool door, and sun hats. Most of all, there was a lack of privacy between the two houses.

The accommodation was unique and designed for a pleasant family stay. Even with the storm, flooding, and other weather damage in the village, they managed to make us feel comfortable. The living space was large and functional, great for cooking, with a big outdoor table near the barbecue. The pool had three lounge chairs, and the bedding was excellent. A nice touch for families with young children was the safety barrier on the upper floor to prevent falls down the stairs.
