It was beautiful and very welcoming. Nothing negative.

The owner was pleasant and the free parking was a nice perk, plus breakfast was passable. The biggest problem, though, is that the listing says Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake while the place is actually out in Queenston, many kilometres away – that feels deliberately misleading. To make matters worse, the room was advertised as an ensuite, but we had to walk through the hallway to reach the bathroom, which was a hassle.
The owner was genuinely kind and respectful, even lighting up the yard as our car pulled up. He seemed to anticipate what we needed and was quick to answer any questions we had, which made the stay feel personal.
Everything was perfect. We don’t speak the language well, but the host was super understanding. Breakfast, cleanliness and privacy were flawless!!! The only thing not appreciated was a big word. Maybe the bed was a bit too soft but it was still very good.
