“Peaceful historical property with excellent service”

I loved the preservation of this historical house which has retained its character. The gardens are beautiful and full of wildlife. Perhaps my favourite stay whilst in India. The food was delicious. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. Would highly recommend for a stop between Jaipur and Jodhpur/Udaipur. The only thing that let it down was the general maintenance, the showered head was called up and leaking from the side and general attention to detail on maintenance

I stayed in a wonderfully located grand countryside property that felt like a return to colonial times thanks to its meticulous detail. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, and the hosts made us feel warmly welcomed. It was a great experience, though we only spent one night in this lovingly maintained venue.

“Une étape de rêve entre Udaipur et jodhpur”

The setting was extraordinary—an old Maharaja hunting pavilion—and the welcome from the Maharaja’s son and his wife was especially caring and warm. We were upgraded to a room and dinner, and the staff set us up in the garden with a brazier. Breakfast served in the pavilion’s dining room was excellent. After a bull cart ride to the nearby village, we enjoyed the pool. Pure paradise!
